Give your child a unique and exciting experience…a weekend at camp! Join hundreds of Jewish 3rd-7th graders at the beautiful Camp Hess Kramer in Malibu for a weekend filled with fun, community and friends. The Community Shabbaton is open to all Jewish 3rd-7th graders in the Orange County area. Date: Friday, March 13th – Sunday, March 15th, 2015

JR JEWBILATION
GRADES 6-8
Jr.Jewbilations brings Jewish middle schoolers from across Orange County together for an unforgettable evening of fun and games! Past Saturday night social events have included video game trucks, bounce houses and other inflatable attractions, carnivals games and more. Bring all your friends, and meet new ones too!Make sure to join us for both of our Jr. Jewbilations.

TASTE OF TALIT
8TH GRADE
Thinking about joining TALIT Nation? Join us April 17th-19th, 2015 and get a taste of all that TALIT Nation has to offer! Open to all 8th graders in our community, Taste of TALIT gives incoming high-school freshman the chance to meet current TALITniks, our staff, and to take part in our wonderful weekend activities. 8th graders will stay in cabins with other 8th graders, but join the high school community for meals, elective activities, evening socials, and core educational programs.

8TH GRADE COMMUNITY SHABBATON
In the second programmatic year, this unique 8th grade community program allows participants to become a part of the greater Orange County/Long Beach Jewish teen community and to maintain this connection leading into their congregational High School experience. This program year includes a congregational component, connecting learning between students all over Orange County, a Camp Retreat that brings 8th graders together for an experiential camp experience, and post Retreat learning in the Religious School. 8th graders will also participate in two Saturday night social Jr. Jewbilation events.

Retreat weekends provide our 8th graders with opportunities for hands-on programming as well as communal Jewish experiences such as Shabbat, Israeli Dancing, and a song session! These experiences foster their Jewish identity by connecting them to a vibrant and fun Jewish community, that (through a shared curriculum in their congregations) learns and studies together as well.

- January 30th-February 1st, 2015
