Panim el Panim
Trips @ TALIT Nation
Panim el Panim (face to face) is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Jewish 10th through 12th graders to spend three days and two nights in Sacramento exploring public policy and social activism through a Jewish lens. All students participating in Panim el Panim receive 20 hours of community service.
Entrenched in Panim el Panim's three day program, the students visit the state capitol and lobby members of the California General Assembly. As part of the TALIT Nation delegation you will join other delegations from around the state and participate in a meaningful social action project.
Panim el Panim is a unique educational program designed to stimulate serious commitment to Jewish values in the context of wrestling with contemporary political issues. This is a chance for teens to move from the sidelines to the frontlines… and become leaders in their community. The Orange County Bureau of Jewish Education specializes in cultivating Jewish pride, participation and leadership in Southern California teens.
